• Recommended for faster delivery
Free Shipping
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
• Available for orders of $50 or more
Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact our friendly team.
Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy Details
Time Frame
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Bottles (once opened or used)
- Food storage containers (once opened or used)
- Dinner sets and Tableware (if packaging has been opened)
- Cozy nests and bedding items (for hygiene reasons)
- Bibs (if packaging has been opened)
These exceptions help us maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene for all our little deer and their families.
How to Return an Item

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization. - 3Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. - 4Ship Your Return

Refund Information
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for us to process your return
- Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- In your return request, clearly state what you’d like to exchange for
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
